Any phrasing that demonstrates authentic need for data will work. For instance, "Tell me what you think of this." is too vague relative to authentic transparency. A more vulnerable question would sound something like this: "Can you give me some feedback here? I'm worrying that I have put too much emphasis on form over function, and this project is getting too audacious." Put another way, if you remember that mental health is contagious, an authentically vulnerable question will tend to precipitate an authentically vulnerable answer!
